What's a phin?

Coffee that takes its time

The phin (say "fin") is how coffee is made all over Vietnam. It's the heart of our name and of every drink we pour.

STEP 1

Fill

Ground coffee goes into the small steel chamber.

STEP 2

Press

A thin press sits on top of the grounds to slow the water.

STEP 3

Drip

Hot water drips through, drop by drop, for a few minutes.

STEP 4

Pour

The result is bold and rich, perfect over ice or with milk.
